Please familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions.
Once you have found a seminar that you are interested in, you can register and pay using net banking, or through Cash or Cheque.
Tranquil Gardens requires full payment of fees for all workshops and seminars to be made seven (7) days prior to the advertised workshop or seminar date. We will not register a participant’s attendance until payment of the workshop or seminar fees has been made in full. In the event that payment is not received at least 7 working days prior to the advertised workshop or seminar date, the participant will not be eligible to attend.
These terms and conditions can only be varied if negotiated directly with the staff of Tranquil Gardens and email confirmation of alternative arrangements is received.

We will make arrangements to provide simple vegetarian food for Lunch for full day workshops, along with Coffee /Tea snacks twice during the day.
Tranquil Gardens reserves the right to cancel any workshop if there are insufficient registrations within Seven (7) days prior to the seminar date. We may also substitute the scheduled workshop facilitator at any time how ever, all attempts are made to avoid this.
If we are required to cancel a workshop for whatever reason, all Registered Participants will be notified prior to the scheduled session date and, at the option of the Registered Participant:
- the Registered Participant will receive a full refund; or
- the Registered Participant may elect to transfer his or her registration to another workshop or seminar. In which case the Registered Participant must notify Tranquil Gardens which seminar they would like to attend within three (3) days of the scheduled seminar date.
Cancellation by you
A Registered Participant must notify Tranquil Gardens in writing or by telephone if they wish to cancel their attendance at a workshop.
Further, if a Registered Participant does not provide written or telephone confirmation to Tranquil Gardens of their cancellation more than Eight Days (music) days prior to the scheduled workshop, their fee will not be refunded and they may not transfer their registration into another seminar or workshop.
If a Registered Participant wishes to cancel their registration for a scheduled workshop more than Eight (music) days prior to the scheduled session, the Registered Participant may opt to choose:
- transfer the registration to another workshop, without any fee or penalty or
- cancel their registration and receive a refund less a Rs.500 administration fee.
All cancellations initiated by Registered Participants , except as described above will incur a Rs.1000 Penalty cum administration fee. If the cost of a seminar is less than Rs.1000, the Registered Participant will forfeit this sum upon cancellation.
Transferability of registrations
If a Registered Participant is unable to attend a workshop the Registered Participant must notify Tranquil Gardens and may nominate a substitute to attend in their place, provided that the Registered Participant notifies us immediately and in any event at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the workshop date.
The last minute cancellation and no-show incurs penalty of Rs.1000 , amount will be refunded after adjusting the penalty.
Tranquil Gardens is not liable for any losses or incidental costs incurred as a result of any cancellation by a Registered Participant or by our company. Further, Tranquil Gardens will not be liable for expenses such as the prepayment of travel, meals or accommodation incurred by a Registered Participant arising from the discontinuation of a workshop.
